NO RESPONSES!!!!!!!

It's a pitty there isn't a ZERO star rate!!!!

Discovery, I'm disgusted with you!!!! I made a gynae appointment back in July/August, I asked if I need authorisation and one of YOUR consultants said NO. Week before my appointment I phoned the doctor's office to confirm my appointment and if I need authorisation, it was confirmed I do not need authorisation.The 14th of November, I finally went for my appointment after waiting very long because the Doctor that's really good...I had to go for blood tests and I got a prescription for medications.

My medications was R530 which I paid. Then went for my bloods. Not long after, I received a sms claim for the doctor is rejected due to funds being exhausted, funny because I barely use my medical aid! After requesting a call back for 3 days, someone called, I explained the issue INSTRUCTED THEM to listen to ALL my phone calls I had with you, since it's being recorded! They said they will get back to me afterwards. Nearly a week later, nothing! I then spoke to another person, they said it's unacceptable and they will instruct the person to contact me. Now, until today, a month later, I'm still #$$!! Waiting!!!!!!! I told her, I will NOT PAY my medical aid until you resolve this issue as I do not have MONEY TO PAY YOU AND THE DOCTOR BECAUSE OF YOUR STUPIDITY!!!! To top it off, discovery BARELY MADE ANY contributions towards my bloodtests!!! Now, my medications, bloods and doctor fees are over R2000!!!! Where must I **** it out??? Nah discovery you guys are useless. I REGRET putting my life in your hands!!! My husband is on his company's medical INSURANCE not aid, INSURANCE, for R600 a month, he went for **** loads of bloodtests not too long ago, x-rays, wound care AND 3 gp consultions in a week, they PAID EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! How come a " popular " medical aid is so ****ty???? A medical insurance of R600 is better than you!!!! I'm highly ****ed off with you and I will NOT leave it here!!!!!!!! You keep on ignoring me on Facebook. I will now contact the local newspapers as well stuff this!!!!!
