No response to valid claim, submitted 23/3/2018.

I am really frustrated with Discovery.

I have submitted my claim on the 23/3/2018, to date, no response has been recieved. I have had endless problems from the very first claim, and all maternity claims are valid!! I would like to know why is Discovery so *********** and useless? Why can they not do as they say they will do, claims should be paid out within 3-4 days!!
