NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL - CLAIM DEPARTMENT

I wrote to Discovery Claims dept on 6 January 2021 to assist me with paying a doctors bill - to date i have not received a response. Not even a courtesy email stating we acknowledge the email and will revert, NOTHING!!!

Please may i kindly receive a response please. thank you
