No Response To Claim Query

<p>I am not getting any response to my query regarding non payment of a claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did a Vitality Fitness Assessment at the Discovery store, and the intial claim was rejected as it said that the Vitality Assessment could only be done at "certain heath providers" One would think that Discovery Store is an approved health provider on Discovery Health.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told during the assessment and it is all over the website about how this money will be paid back from savings.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed again, querying why this was not refunded to me, but my emails are being ignored.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference Numbers</p> <p> ********** 910<br /> ********** 620<br /> ********** 153</p>
