No response to claim queries

Discovery will not respond to my query on a claim from Mauff and associates (Lancet), I have sent queries on: 1 Feb 2020, 8 Feb 2020 and 15 Feb 2020. Some of the references are: *** and ***. I have had no reply from Discovery explaining why the THYROGLOBULIN test, withICD10 Code of C73, was not covered by the Oncology benefit.

I have sent mails to healthinfo and dco_oncology. Please can someone actually explain why this test was not covered! It has been three weeks without a reply.
