No Response to Application Forms Sent 2 Weeks Ago
I sent an out of hospital pmb application form and it has been over 2 weeks with no reply. The first time they said i didn't attach the forms, so i sent the email again so they could see the forms attached. <br> <br> Since then no reply. I have emailed over 4 times and the call center is even more useless because they just transfer me from one department to the next.<br> <br> This is the worst customer service i have seen from Discovery.

Due to the Confidentiality Act, the Scheme is unable to provide you with any information on the membership unless we receive written confirmation from the principal member. I can however confirm that I was in contact with the principal member and was able to assist her with her request.
