No response to 5 queries

I contacted discovery online to contact me so I can join their medical aid. I received no response within the so called 24-hour response policy. Thereafter I requested another response online with no success. I then opted to call them twice and was advised I will be contacted to set up a meeting and nothing came of it. I then tried my luck online again and nothing. I feel like I have to beg them to provide me with a service as they advertise they are the best....don't seem to agree.
