No response on over deduction (Seen as *****ing)

They ***** our money from Students- Do not trust them I have called the call center about 4 times to get the amount over deducted- paid back to me and the expected amount to be paid back is R2474. No response back and every-time I get a different answer and no resolution and then you promise to call me but no fedback.. This is clearly ******** as I have never given approval for the deduction and you think it is ok that a student can have to wait patiently until you as a corporate with millions of rands decides to pay me back. In the meantime I have to pay penalties at my bank due to not all my debit orders going off as you took all my money. I need money plus penalties in my bank account COB Friday 15 May 2020 otherwise I will report you at the Ombudsman. I'm also lancing a complaint on Hello Peter as corporate like you need to be named in public for the way you treat your customers I expect a response and resolution TODAY!!
