No response on my query

Both discovery and their optometry department are not big on giving awesome service, called the call centre and no one could help with the query, logged a complained spoke to a gentleman who promised that Veronica would call and assist up to this day I haven't been contacted. Frustrated and disappointed at constant poor service I keep getting.
