No response from robotic Discovery Health. Disgusting!

I called Discovery several times last week and emailed them my query after visiting my Dr. 1stly I never got the chance to speak to an agent because there is so many generic option but no option to speak to someone. Then I escalated my query to *** where I got a very generic email but no resolution to my query. I provided evidence and to date, I have received no feedback from Discovery. They seem to not want to speak to their members or care to resolve the queries but they quick to take our money.
