No response from Discovery

<p>I have been waiting for more than 3 months now for Discovery to get back to me. They are still deducting money from my employers account and I haven't been working there for more than a year. I have sent an email, I have phoned, but no response. I am so fed up. My employer are now expecting me to pay back the money, but I have been paying my own medical aid for more than a year? So who must pay back the money? And why are they still deducting they money? The longer Discovery takes to respond, the more money is deducted. I honestly don't know what to do with them anymore.</p>
