NO RESPONSE! CLAIM NOT REIMBURSED!

I have recently had a truly ********** experience with discovery health! Upon my relocation to Namibia I had several conversations with members of staff at discovery to ensure that my medical aid would work in Namibia! I was assured it would! After finding that there were no doctors in Namibia that would claim directly from discovery I paid for my consultation and medication up front, expecting to claim this money easily back from DIscovery! To my immense disappointment DIscovery has made claiming this money back almost impossible! NEARLY 3 WEEKS LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANY KIND OF RESPONSE FROM DISCOVERY'S CLAIMS DEPARTMENT, never mind actually having my funds reimbursed which I explained in my initial email NEEDED TO BE DONE URGENTLY!!!! Today I have sent all my documentation and details through to discovery for the THIRD TIME! In hopes that eventually someone will reimburse me for my DOCTORS FEES!!!
