No response

<p>Afternoon, I would hereby like to inform the public of how pathetic their service is. I emailed them on Monday at 15h03 and a no reply came through saying they would contact me within 6-18 hours, its past that now and still nothing.. I have a reference number and all.. u want our money but u not prepared to speak to us!! PATHETIC!!!!!!</p>
