No response

I called 16/01 to confirm if the Maternity benefit was activated on our policy. I done it online but not sure it was activated. Spoke to Kyle and he said he will call me back to activate same. Never happened. Logged a complaint on their website yesterday with ref: ********** 289.... surprise no one called me within the 24hours!
