No reponse in over 5 working days

I emailed the PMB department on 6 Jan 2016 (***) requesting approval for a post transplant dietitian. They specified in their PMB approval mail I need to send the details of the dietitian which I have done. <br> <br> The response to the mail was that someone would contact me within 3 working days.<br> <br> Over 5 working days later I have had no response to my request. I cannot submit my claim until I have their approval or they will take money from my medical savings instead of the PMB fund, which I have had countless problems with before.
