No reply to Emails when trying to cancel medical aid

<p>I have been trying to cancel my medical aid since November 2016 now and sent multiple Emails to which I have received absolutely no reply. Now two more payments have been deducted from my account by Discovery which I would like refunded and my medical aid cancelled from the day I first requested it.</p>
