No reply to emails and telephone lines do not go through

At this point i don't know how get hold of these people.

I want to cancel my Vitality membership. sent 2 emails already with no reply.

I am currently wanting my 2017 tax certificate but their lines just cut off without event talking to any agent.

can they call me urgently please.
