NO REPLY

Sent email midday Tuesday, received auto response but no reply yet to following question: if on Access plan, in respect of what they are contracted for with state hospitals, what if the normal wards are full? What happens then? Also can the different levels of emergency and subsequent process be clarified. Both of these issues are not clarified on the website. I require email correspondence on these issues.
