NO REFUND RECEIVED FOR OPTOMETRY CLAIM AS PER MY HEALTH PLAN

I went to the optometrist on 24/2/23. On my plan it states it covers the eye test. Discovery processed the claim and shows zero paid. Called Discovery and was told they will send it to be re-processed on the 7th March 23, Ref ***, No feedback and not refunded. Submitted a complaint via the review and was contacted, no refund and no feedback again. Totally unacceptable and the claim processed doesn't even correspond to the claim I submitted.
