No Refund for dietitian assessment and glucose bloods

I have received terrible service today from Boitumelo, call ref ***.

I called in about a dietitian assessment in which on the maternity benefit it says its covered but its not now all of a sudden. On the maternity benefit policy wording on page 6 it says" Nutrition assessment You are covered for one nutrition assessment with a dietitian at the Discovery Health Rate, available from the date of activation"on which i intepret one assessment upon activation of the maternity benefit.

They also declined my claim for the glucose test on which is said to be covered under the maternity benefit as well, that is on pg 4 of their policy guide, I have paid for these and sent proof of payments but no refund. I have further called in and confirmed and was advised on the 30th Oct that the dietitian would be covered.

I am unhappy of the non assistance thus far and had advised that I will lodge a complaint until same is resolved.
