No refund for COVID Medication
Hi
I am so frustrated I tested positive for COVID 19 and none of my medication was covered, please R2000 odd is not pocket change.
Please assist.

Yes thank you it would be great i have emailed all the info through i have done it on the website. I do not understand how someone on the Keycare package gets a COVID pack when they test positive and does not have to pay a cent, but someone like me who is on a higher package needs to spend money?????
Then why even have a medical aid?????
