No Payments for Legitimate Maternity Claims

One of the worst mistakes I've ever made was trusting that Discovery was going to look after us during our pregnancy. Last year we were advised by our doctor to do an NIPT test which is supposedly covered under our maternity benefit. It cost us R6500 and they still have not refunded us. They've been giving us back and forth runaround for 5 months, every email we receive from them contains more excuses and they tell us we need to send more documents.

Also the rest of the doctors appointments, scans and blood tests are amounting to thousands, yet we are receiving little more than pocket money back each time, if anything.
