No OTP, No help at the call centre

I have been trying to contact Discovery Health Call centre for 2 days from the netherlands and all I have to show for it is a 75 euro phone bill. I cannot get my 2024 tax certificate because the OTP does not work when I am trying to access my discovery account from overseas. I need to get a copy of my tax certificate for the last time. Can someone please send it to me as soon as possible.

Hi there
Still no tax certificate. Apparently your email is not working ?? This really is not good enough. I need that tax certificate. I am not spending any more money waiting on the other end of the phone for someone to answer.
