No one getting back to you

I spoke with 6, yes six different consultants on the phone today and no one can help me. I sent completed forms to Discovery on the 19th to add my partner to my medical aid but no one is giving me feedback. Today after spending almost an hour on the phone and being put through from one agent to the next, to the next, ended up at the 6th to tell me info is outstanding and they will send me a mail. I am yet to recieve the mail. Poor service!
