No membership card issued
Been at Discovery for a year and have received no vitality or discovery membership cards

Thank you for speaking to me.
Discovery Health members do not need separate Vitality membership cards. We automatically add your Vitality Benefit to your Discovery Health membership card when you activate it. To use your Vitality benefits, please take your Discovery Health membership card and identity document with you when you visit a Vitality partner. These partners will check your Vitality membership and status with us directly and activate your benefits. Although you do not need a Vitality membership card to activate your Vitality benefits, you will get separate membership cards from our partners like Virgin Active, Ster Kinekor and also HealthyFood, HealthyCare and Healthy Gear.
As discussed, I have arranged for your membership cards to be couriered to you.
