No medication - as usual!!!

Discovery in their wisdom decided that all chronic medication must b done via medxpress.<br> Problem with this is that medexpress are incapable of organising anything.<br> <br> For the 4th month in a row now I have had an issue with medexpress delivering my medication.<br> I complain each time and every time I get the tired old worn out story that they will resolve it and it will never happen again, blah, blah, blah.<br> Discovery and their cohorts don't seem to understand the concept of chronic medication, this is not a packet of disprins we are talking about here but medication to keep me alive.<br> <br> Nothing ever gets done and every single month I have to use this forum to get some sort of a response out of them.<br> This is pathetic, really, it cant be that difficult to arrange for medicine to be delivered in time!<br> But if I didn't pay my premiums then discovery would be very quick to contact me, disgusting service!
