No Medical Aid Cover After Appying Two Months Ago. Excuses All The Time.

I have been trying to get a medical aid with discovery from last year december till now I haven't got a medical aid. I have submitted all documents and it seems like someone is not doing their job. I feel like Discovery is dropping the ball. This is not the discovery I know. I am really disappointed with discovery and wish this can change
