No Medical Aid Cards? More than a year now?

How many times do I have to still log this?????

I have had my child as a dependent on my Medical aid plan for a few years now. My membership card still only shows just my name.

I contacted Discovery a few times and each time I am just told that it gets delivered by Postal Service. To date I have not received my new cards.
