No medical aid card for 5 months!

I started with discovery medical aid on the 1st of February and to date i have not received my medical aid card or anything of that matter. I have emailed them twice and both times they said it would be delivered within 6 weeks, the second 6 weeks passed yesterday and i have not received anything, or any notification. This is definitely not part of TCF.
