No medical aid card after 5 months

It has been 5 months and I have not received my medical aid card, I have phoned in multiple times. Firstly the agent said it would be posted in 6 to 8 weeks, 8 weeks has gone by, I phoned in again and they said again 6 - 8 weeks, 8 weeks more have gone by, I phoned in last week, they said that they would courier it to me today 22 May 2023, When I phoned in today and ended up speaking to the agent that spoke to me last week, she said they don't use courier and it is impossible for me to pick up, By the fact that the SA Post office barely functions at all, a huge company like Discovery should offer another way for me to get my card. Please do not tell me to use a virtual card, I do use it however you do require a physical card to make things easier and in case of an emergency. If I am in an accident, get taken to a government hospital and die there, To my lawyer please use this post in any legal actions required.
