NO MEDICAL AID CARD

<p>My wife has joined discovery from 1 February 2016. She was told that she can expect her membership card by mid March 2016. After waiting that long and not receiving it by the expected date she phoned in only to be told that a problem occured and the cards will only be dispatched on that day and delivery will now only be by end of April...well its now almost end of June and she still has not received the membesrhip cards..yes we can use the virtual cards on the phone, but what if its an emergency and your phone battery is flat? Some Health Care providers want copies of membership cards every time you get admitted/treated at their facilities,so imagine the stress in not being able to be helped due to insufficient proof of being on a medical aid. This is not acceptable and since this complaint has been brought under the attention of Discovery Health more than once we deem it necessary to rather persue this matter through Hellopeter to get some sort of resolve. </p>
