No medical aid card
My medical aid card is destroyed due to wear and tear. I phoned in numerous times to order a new card and have it delivered to my work address. Its going on to 3 months now and I'm still sitting without a card. God forbid if I'm involved in a car accident and I don't have a medical aid card. I've already experienced problems at doctors appointments because I don't have a card! Not a happy Discovery client!
