No medical aid card
I joined Discovery Medical Aid on 1 March 2015 (4 months ago) and have not received a medical aid card.<br> <br> I have send numerous emails with no response at all. The call centre is also of no help!<br> <br> The service is horrible!

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your membership cards. We do send membership cards through normal post and sometimes this may take between 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Our records confirm that new membership cards were posted to your address on record.
The cards were issued on 6 March, 30 April and 2 July 2015. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment on the status of this after the request was processed. I have sent you an email where you may respond directly to me so I may arrange for your membership cards be couriered to you.
I await your response to assist you further.
