No loyalty!!

I was a member of Discovery Health for about twenty odd years (could be 28years) and today l’m disgusted that they handed me over to a debt collector company! Debt collector company sent me an sms today which l responded to! I’ve been upfront and always answered questions or duty Discovery Health needed from me and made them understand since May 2020 l have received zero salary to date! The amount they claim l owe is R1700,00! I told them l have proof of my financial dilemma and as soon as my situation change l’ll continue with my medical plan! I’m still employed by the company and receive my monthly salary statement! I took it on good faith that we’ll continue our amicable relationship as soon as l’m back at work! Needless to say l’ll definitely not be a client of there’s anymore! When their clients are down and out they show their true colours! My years of loyal and on time payments to them has no bearing! I’m starting an WhatsApp group of all the Discovery Health clients within the company l work for as we had a “special arrangement” with Discovery and hear how many of us are treated with this disrespect!
