No love from Discovery

I have been with discovery for more than 7 years and never had a bad experience until recently. Long story short misinformation and miscommunication has been done from both sides but Discovery does not show any interest in trying to fix things. I have asked to listen to my recordings and a manager to contact me however no response. I messaged the complaints department yet no response. So am I just supposed to leave it like that. Not sure why I am so desperate to belong to their scheme actually i do know, its because i have received amazing service over the years and now no one cares. Not cool Discovery not cool. I will keep trying until a senior contacts me to sort out this situation.
