No integrity as an organization

No integrity when it comes to personal data or respecting and aligning to the regulations like CPA. I keep getting marketing content regarding the Discover vitality . I have opted but the messages keep coming , in addition in the recent messages (email) there is no opt out , which is also in violation of the CPA regulation , as it states any marketing content requires an opt out that is free to the customer (unsubscribe) , pointing the individual to the discovery portal to unsubscribe is not a valid opt out . I will use this review as the first written notification of the complaint . Discover has no right to use my data for marketing as I have opted out. The CPA regulation states if I opt out they have to stop the messages . No respect for the individual and they just ignore the regulation. Absolutely no integrity as an organization .
