NO , I did not resign Discovery!!!!

I would like to say that I have had Discovery Health for over 15 years and has never experienced problems till now . so on 04 June I received an email ''DHMS:Withdrawal of Membership -MailRef#***#'' the following morning I call discovery to find out what it means, I was told that I had resigned from my Job and hence the withdrawal . I explained that I have not resigned and that my payslip still shows money paid to discovery. The nice lady told me to clear the situation with my HR. thus for the past few days all I have done is try to prove to discovery that I am still employed, and no one has authorised for my medical aid to be cancelled. I have sent my payslip, I have called the call centre, I have sent emails .. no help, come on discovery. The story of someone called your medical is not sufficient , give me a name so I know who to talk to and further more if I am telling you that I still need medical aid why does discovery cancel my medical aid without my authorisation . By the way funds have been sent to your account in May and June . Can I have my medical aid reinstated today or give me all my money back including the funds you stole in May and June. Other companies will love to have me and my 4 dependents .
