No help unless you have R5650

I feel it is not right. I have a "dental" problem. I have a Abscess in my tooth and it spread into my sinus and my throat. My entire face and neck is swollen. I need emergency treatment. I have gone through 3 sessions of antibiotics but because it is dental I need to pay in R5600 to get the theater help to surgical clear and clean the abscess. Why to I have a medical aid
