No Help From travel agents if bookings go wrong leave you stranded on airport

Bad experience after problems with fight my son was left stranded on the airport and no help from discovery I was on the phone with them for more than 45min with no help or attempt to assist me sorting out the problem -I am still waiting for a manager to phone me back - Pathetic treating me like this I am a customer of discovery for 18 years my son is standing on the airport with nowhere to go after they was refused checking in on a flight with half of the group of kids traveling together was checked in and 3 was left stranded
