No help from the company

I am referring to your treating phone calls regarding my brother got. You gave a auth. Nr ***8. He was book in at the medicalinic cape gate. In a coma on the 04 Sept 2025. He was treated there and we received an account that was paid to end of September 2025, on the 7th October 2025 to inform me that his debit order did not go through. We must sent someone to collect him.

We could not reach his wife at that stage. I am in Gauteng and his in Klawer. She had all his cards , cell phone and I could only get hold of her the 10th of October they collected him on the 11th.

We then received a paid up account for September 2025 and a separate account for October. When he left the hospital he didnt remember anything. He at that stage had no money his wife and the guy living there whilst he was in hospital spend all his money and the overdraft as he was placed on disability 31st March 2025. They spend about a R150 000.00 while he was in hospital. She passed away 2 weeks after he left the hospital.

End of Aug 2025 his payment went through for September 2025. Now the hospital wants R500 000.00 of him. He didn't even had food too eat when he left the hospital. They contacted him about Octobers account and he made arrangements to pay it and a doctor that was for October 25. Now suddenly September 25 wasn't payed aswell. I have the copy were the account was paid. You pay in advance for your medical aid. And September went off end of August 25. My brother was completely out of his mind and only now start remembering parts of stuff and with the death off his wife that was a dark time. I live in Gauteng and is his sister. So I don't know were discovery suddenly gotto to the R500 000. 00 account. His trying to put his life together and now this. I would like a meeting or a response how did you authorize his stay for September and then where does the R500000. Come in play. His disabled and his mind is not what it was before. He only received his first disabl8ed payment in December 25. Now he had to offer all his old debt payment plans. But I feel discovery was covered till end off September 25.
