No help from Discovery

I have sent an enquiry about a claim which was supposed to be paid in full and then found out that Discovery was in fact not going to pay. I have queried it as Discovery had said they were going pay it all. They advised they were looking into it and they would get back to me within a week. I spoke to Liezel, Sinethemba and Nolazi at 3 separate times after I called in to follow up. Each time each one of them said they would get back to me and not one of them have!!!! I am so tired of empty promises from discovery. I rated the service that I received and still nothing. Please can someone just give me feedback that is all I ask.
