No help from Discovery

if i could choose none of the stars i would. i have been on the phone with discovery over an hour, and still did not get the help i needed. i phoned back 5 times. all i need is a medical certificate and it takes this long. im so glad im not on their medical aid plan if this is such an issue to get just a medical aid certificate how will they be when im actually on the medical aid. its beyond terrible
