No formal response yet to a dentistry quote sent to you on the 10th!

When I spoke to Mahlapana on the 10th about another matter she also gave me an idea of what I would be paying for the envisaged dentistry but said I must submit and wait for the formal response which should not take longer than 2-3 working days! That was the 5-Star service part! I mailed the quote immediately but also submitted via "Ask Discovery". As I had not heard from them I phoned today and spoke to Vivej who said he had my email and I would get a formal response but asked me to hang on for a "moment". I waited 15 min! Then I went back to "Ask Discovery" and "spoke" to Misa who also had my mail and said she would escalate and I would receive a response within 2 hours!! Later Sibusiso phoned to confirm that the matter had been escalated and I would get a response soon!!
