No follow-up or feedback

<p>I changed employment and was not covered for the month of April 2016. My new employer arranged with Vuyani for things to be sorted out but till this day, i am not covered and worse no feedback from her on where am i standing and they have not even billed my employer for my medical aid. What service are you guys giving us. I need to go to the doctor and i cant but the money will be paid into your account as if i was never off the medical aid</p>
