No Follow up from sales consultant

I spoke to one of your sales consultants as i wanted to join the medical scheme, he said he was going to send me the necessary details yesterday, i am still waiting. This morning i requested one of your sales consultants to call me back , and no one has called me. Should i give up on joining the medical scheme?
