No feedback received re previous complaint
Lodged a complaint about Pravin's unprofessional attitude, unfortunately I missed Megan's call but responded to her mail last week and sent a follow-up mail. Have also tried to call to no avail. Seems poor customer service filters throughout the organisation. I would like a call today please and for Pravin to be reprimanded for his actions.
