No feedback received

I have been trying to make adjustments to my membership and/or withdraw it, and nothing there is no communication apart from the two emails I received asking "Please can you rate us.". Both times I emailed back stating that nothing is being updated, and to please contact me. As a full-time student, I do not have plenty of funds, and my call keeps on disconnecting because I ran out of airtime. The last email I received referred to an agent who allegedly contacted me when NOBODY has contacted me. Such a request is mostly auto-generated after an agent goes into a profile, so I know they went into my membership. Some kind of courtesy to have my request to be contacted done would be expected, yet nothing.
