I have phoned discovery to do a downgrade and this has been dragging for more than 3 weeks. Here is my Employer's mail to discovery after the lady said i am not able to do the downgrade myself.<br> <br> Hi,<br> <br> One of our members called you directly to lower his plan.<br> Your response was it has to be done through the company HR.<br> Why do you do that--the contract is between the member at Health--YES.<br> This group scheme is not a true scheme--it is individual underwriting--again the contract is between the member and Health.<br> THEREFOR why can the member not do all this by phone.???<br> <br> Substance over form--Discovery should learn this.<br> <br> NOW WHAT FORMS OR LETTERS NEED TO BE DONE TO GIVE EFFECT TO THIS MEMBERS REQUEST TO LOWER HIS PLAN.<br> <br> ADVISE.<br> <br> Here is the mail ref and nothing has been done.
