No Feedback or Replies for months

Frustrated and fed up with Discovery. Calling is a waste of time, the menu does not assist to get through to the correct department. Secondly, no feedback on applying for the oncology program after several requests for feedback, delaying my cancer treatment. Several phone calls and emails later, after 2 months of struggling and no feedback. Seriously always a problem when dealing with them

And still no phone call or response from Discovery Health. In the face of battling cancer and waiting for confirmation on my oncology program, still no resolve or even a call. I am canceling my medical aid tomorrow, they better not call.me for payments or anything else.
