No feedback on query - chronic medication from savings account in stead of chronic medication R 3922.80

<p>My mother had been paying monthly for her chronic medication because it goes through on her savings. I have tried Dischem, the dr, Discovery Health and no one could help me. Here is the original e-mail that I sent to Discovery on 26.05.2016 and have not yet received an answer:</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day,</p> <p> Please attend to these matters below and do the corrections. This is the TOTAL year to date: </p> <p>1. Chronic Medication:</p> <p>My mother’s chronic medication does not go through on chronic, but on her savings plan (which is depleted).</p> <p>The medication has been motivated by her doctor and sent to Discovery. The cost of Oncology was also put through savings, which was then obviously not being paid since that was depleted. </p> <p>However she still needs to pay an amount of R784.56 out of her pocket. Only R90.75 is paid from the Discovery.</p> <p>See below: (Print where the cost was incorrectly allocated.)</p> <p>This has not only depleted her savings account, but the chronic benefits are also not used (she is paying for it on her monthly contribution).</p> <p>1. Oncology:</p> <p>Payment for Radiology regarding her oncology has not been paid by Discovery, but from her own pocket.
